I was reluctant to come today, but every person I interacted with from the moment I walked through the door was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. So often you feel seen anymore in traditional healthcare, but I felt seen and respected every step of the way. Dana was knowledgeable and compassionate. It made me feel comfortable talking about an uncomfortable situation.

Visit on 5/14. This was my third visit to the University location and the service and treatment were five star as usual. Victoria the PC took her time with me, I did not feel rushed. She listened to my questions and thoughts and took her time with her responses; she is a caring professional. Avery, whose name is forever etched in my memory, just might be the glue that holds that office together imho. There from the beginning to the end she’s engaged, easy going, smart and funny. Well, they both are. I highly recommend this location. However. A change in the telephone appointment system is needed if they want to get to the next level of customer service. There are 5 locations and the cs reps do not ask to what location you’re referring or would like to go to. They set appointments for the Randolph Rd. Cost me a wasted trip last year for my first visit. That is a glaring weakness in an otherwise excellent operation.

I LOVE Victoria! She is always so friendly and informative. I look forward to my visit with her not just for answers, but she truly puts a smile on my face and I end my day on a great note after seeing her. :)

Great place, great people! PA Megan Klinck and Emma were my assigned providers. They were great at explaining the process and made everything easy to understand. I had a very positive experience and appreciated their professionalism and care.

Everybody is SO nice and friendly!! I enjoy my visits and know that Dana jas and will continue to keep my skin cancer under control! Customer Service second to NONE! God Bless and thank you all!
