If you’re reading this than hopefully you have an appt scheduled or need to make sure you get one. Dr Haberle and her staff couldn’t have made a not so fun procedure so comforting and easy considering what you’re having done. I can’t say enough great things about how efficient the office is especially how busy they stay moving patients in and out as the results come back so you’re home before you know it. You’re in great hands if you have an upcoming procedure and reading this for peace of mind. God bless.

I arrived early for my appointment to fill out all neccesary paperwork. I was called back shortly after returning all paperwork. Kira took me back to my room where she asked questions about my visit. When discussing why I was being seen Kira was adamant the doctor couldn't do anything about my situation. At this point I'm getting irritated because I know the dermatologist can absolutely see me for what I came in for. It is my belief that Kira was hired out of pure sympathy, it most definitely was not because she was qualified in any form or fashion. When the dermatologist came in she was able to look and diagnose my SKIN issue. She seemed rushed and unenthusiastic about the whole ordeal, but I did receive medication that has been doing me well. I had come in for two issues in the same area and even though they were both looked at, only one was taken care of. Very poor care was given. I realized 2 days later that they had kept my license and insurance card. When I called to get them back the office manager, Hannah, claimed they were not there and "no one would take them" because she knows the staff so well. Same way people know their family so well and bad things still happen. This whole office is a joke. I have been gaslit into believing my cards do not exist in their office, I was told I couldnt be seen and rushed and unheard when I was in my room. This office was completely out of my way, but I went because they had a quicker (and multiple) open appointment. I see why now. Don't waste your time. You'll regret every second and probably end up with something stolen from you like I was.

So far I have not had to wait past my appointment time, I find the staff and Sarah Salvaggio are very efficient, which my type A personality loves 😂. They are very accommodating for me and the procedures I get. Though painful (the numbing injection), they do everything they can to mitigate that, making it more tolerable. Dr. Salvaggio has great bedside manner making the entire experience pleasant somehow. I have tried multiple other dermatologists, but I’m FINALLY seeing results, which I am beyond happy and grateful for. Very happy to have found Metrolina Dermatology.

Being relatively new to the area, when you find a good doctor who is super professional and knowledgeable, you have to let others know. Sarah and her team are very thorough. Always advising and ensuring that I feel comfortable. She was able to pick up my care from a previous out-of-state physician made me feel right at home. This is my second year with her now have others going to her as well. Her practice is modern and efficient.

Scheduling my appointment for Mohs surgery was efficient and accommodating to my personal schedule. I found the staff to be very professional, as well as informative of the procedure and follow-up care. The facility itself was clean, modern and well maintained. Overall, this was a positive experience.
