Dr. Grattan and her entire staff are amazing! Both of our kids have been treated for acne with various providers with great results. Also, my wife had very excellent experiences with them as well. Dr. Berka and the entire staff are simply the best. They take the time to truly listen to their patients and are always happy to answer any questions I have. I have never had to wait more than five minutes once I arrive for my appointment, which is incredibly rare and appreciated. They are a very professional and friendly team—I highly recommend them!

Dr Grattan and her staff were the best. On the first day I saw her she was able to drain a rather large cyst on my neck. Was a pleasurable experience if there is such a thing in that line of service. I will recommend her to all my friends etc.

I absolutely love Dr. Seward. He did my earlobe repair and was super friendly and professional. He also had a sense of humor that I loved. I would definitely recommend him and I will be back to see him soon for my acne breakouts. Found me a new dermatologist!!!!

If I could give zero—or even negative—stars, I would. The location is terrible, with extremely heavy traffic in the early morning. I was stuck in traffic for 15 minutes, after already driving 40 minutes to get there. Most medical offices allow a 15-minute grace period for situations like this, but apparently not here. I work 9–5 every day, and it’s already very difficult for me to make time for appointments. When I arrived, the receptionist asked doctor Jacqueline Leyrer twice if she could still see me. I even said I was fine seeing a nurse instead, but was told that no nurses were available either. Doctors take an oath to care for patients in need, not to reschedule them over a 15-minute delay Completely unreasonable and incredibly frustrating. This was a huge waste of time.
