Dr. Snyder was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. He was able to diagnose and effectively treat my resistant skin condition with the correct medications where I finally see improvement. Very happy that I made an appointment to see him!

I’ve been coming here several years now. For annual skin scans and Botox / fillers. Staff are attentive and professional. And I’ve really enjoyed the results. Also—they handled a recent scheduling snafu with grace and went the extra mile to rectify the issue. That means a lot! Thank you, PPSD!

The worst experience I ever had with doctor patient care. It took three surgery's to finally remove what the first two didn't do. I wonder if they did that to get more out of my wallet and insurance budget or just gross incompetence. Then I get a letter no longer servicing me as a patient. That's fine because I'd never go back anyway. So be cautious in dealing with them and the billing practice they just hit you up for. Tsk tsk bad form. They wonder why patients get upset. Simple answer gross incompetence. If I got upset there's a reason. Denial of their incompetence nor any measure of integrity nor guarantee of services they fell short of.

I was very impressed with Dr Snyder, less so with the reception staff. The laptops provided for the VERY LONG check in form had screen protectors that were literally falling off the screen and this made using the laptop nearly impossible! Staff was talking to each other more than helping patients, although when asked they provided assistance. It would have been nice to have seen the doctors names on the walls with some sort of personal references/ information. I had no idea if I was in the right location ( I was referred) and had to ask the reception staff if the doctor I was scheduled to see actually worked in this office!

Was offered an appointment within the week, minimal wait time while at appointment and the Doctor was great! She listened to all my concerns, had an action plan and even called me after to offer additional options. Very happy with my experience.
