Dr. O is truly exceptional! She has been an incredible partner in my hair loss journey, and the results I've experienced have been remarkable. Her expertise and knowledge are evident in every appointment, and she always takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and goals. I never feel rushed, and I appreciate the personalized care she provides. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. O. Not only has she helped improve my hair growth, but she has also helped restore my confidence. I am so grateful for her guidance, support, and dedication. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking effective treatment and compassionate care.

Had my earlobe repaired. The original piercing had split. Dr. O did an amazing job. She was very gentle during the procedure. I would definitely recommend her.

My youngest daughter was a patient of the doctor in her previous location with Atrium, so I was excited go find her again when looking to find a dermatologist for myself! As a Black woman, I prefer a Black dermatologist. She was so extremely short and almost dismissive with me at my first appointment, that I hesitated and didn’t end up making my follow-up appointment even though my issues have persisted. I didn’t remember feeling like this when she was at Atrium, and my daughter loved her as “Dr. Agidi”. I can assume it’s more stressful to have your own practice! But, I just can’t give my money to doctors who are short, and rushed!! Healthcare is expensive, we deserve to be treated with good bedside manner at minimum. My daughter was excited when we found “Dr. Agidi” again, but we probably won’t be back. I’m also looking for a dermatologist for my oldest daughter. You basically lost 3 potential long term patients!

Atmosphere: Relaxing, very welcoming! Great reception area Front desk: Fast, professional & engaging! Staff: The best! They really engaging & ask questions to get to your root causes! Everyone is super upbeat, positive & willing to assist!! Location: good location, good parking, not alit of through way traffic! "DOCTOR O": 1st, her skin is absolutely flawless, she educates you, she LISTENS, Provides Specific instructions to follow, and offers the client options! I like that she provides the positive, areas of focus, as well as affects of not following instructions! You MUST do your part with skin care! I'll be back! Great experience

I always have a pleasant experience at Esse Dermatology. From the moment you walk in, the space is beautiful, calming and thoughtfully designed. Her team is very welcoming, polite and ever ready with a smile. Dr Ada is incredibly pleasant, warm, and genuinely attentive. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel at ease. What really sets this practice apart is the fact that she is a trained Dermatologist and is able to provide her medical expertise and aesthetic care all in one place.
