Dr. El Gamal and his team were truly amazing. From the front desk to the MOA’s, the PA’s, all were warm, welcoming and very professional. They took the time to explain every step that was taken and gave the time for me to understand it. Dr. Gamal was reassuring in his mannerisms as well as his obvious skills. He took the time to answer all questions and explain the results in detail. This is such a great Dermatology Practice!

Dr. Hazem El-Gamal is an incredible physician he has performed successful surgeries three times for Squamous cell cancer on my face. The most recent was to my temple. Dr. Gamal and his team treated me with impeccable care and concern throughout the surgery. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Gamal if you need Mohs surgery. The finest!!

I had such a good experience with this location today! The front office staff were so friendly and kind, even at 7:30 am. Portia (pretty sure that was her name) took me back on time for my appointment, and I barely had to wait for my new provider Brannon Puett to come in. He was excellent—really took his time and listened to my concerns and came up with a solid treatment plan. I highly recommend him and this location of Charlotte Dermatology!

I came to this practice after my initial eczema treatment addressed the outbreak, but left my skin’s moisture barrier dry and in need of further care. As a senior patient experiencing this for the first time, I needed a provider with both expertise and patience—and I found both here: Natasha Rudd-Brown, PA-C. Across two visits for two separate concerns, the care has been exceptional. For my eczema, she prescribed two targeted medications and provided a product sample along with a recommendation for an affordable over-the-counter moisturizer. She took the time to educate me on healing the moisture barrier, restoring ceramides, and addressing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Her combination of medical expertise, thoroughness, and genuine concern for patient outcomes sets her apart. I am already seeing results and feel confident in my care plan. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal practice!!! I've been going to Melissa Booth for over 5 years and have recommended her to several friends and my daughters. We all value her expertise and bedside manner!! Staff is amazing as well.
