Dr Parsons and his team provided me with the diagnosis and treatment for my condition. I am so grateful for the care and support I they gave me to help heal my wound. They have a beautiful facility and everyone was so friendly and professional. Thank you again Dr Parsons and your staff!

Great experience! Dr. Taylor is amazing! Gifted, thoughtful, thorough, professional, and a great listener. You can tell she cares about her patients. She has a great team as well (special kudos to Sonia) and the ladies at the check-in desk deserve kudos too. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Taylor.

I had been on a wait list for my first appointment with Dr. Taylor when I received notification that I could come sooner. I was eager for the dermatologist to see a problem on my forehead. The appointment went smoothly, and the doctor was personable, professional and knowledgeable.

I checked in online when I made it to the location within the 10 minute grace period of my appointment. I proceeded to walked into the building just to have the lady at the desk tell me to sit in the lobby without any other information. I sat there for 30 minutes just for her to tell me that doctor Daniel Parsons said since I missed my appointment that I would have to reschedule. I find that very unprofessional because what is the purpose of having the online check in if it doesn’t count towards actually checking in. As soon as I got inside the lady at the desk should have told me I was too late and to reschedule me in that moment. Not wait for 30 minutes to be turned away. I also want to add the lady at the desk seems very unknowledgeable about the questions I had about switching from a male to a female doctor for comfortability of expressing and showing my dermatology concerns on my body. She talked me in circles by just answering yes to all my questions instead of informing me about the proper procedures on how to do so. First visit and to say the least I am not a fan of the treatment as a patient.

What can you say about Dermatology? I think Kirk James, MD, is a fine doctor, friendly, and we meet every year, keeping me safe from the woes of skin issues. The Atrium organization manages all of our family's medical affairs, and does it well. Dermatology is just one more piece of the big picture for healthcare. We appreciate Atrium Health.
