My appt was at 2:00. I got there early, was seen immediately and walked out at 2:05. All staff were friendly and efficient. They looked for ways to make it easier. Dr Bettencourt was wonderful as usual. A most pleasant visit.

This was our second experience with this medical group. The first experience was at the office on Ann Road. The front of the house was pleasant enough, but the PA we met with only spent less than 3 minutes in the room with us. She didn’t ask about the history, our concerns, or explain any of the bloodwork or medications that she felt were needed after having talked to us for only a short time. I scheduled a follow up at the Henderson location hoping to have a better experience. I was sorely mistaken. The receptionist at the front of the house was dismissive, rude, and lacked the capacity to make our experience in the office pleasant. She wasn’t helping anyone, but still made me stand there waiting for several minutes. She could have at least said “I’ll be right with you. She didn’t look at me even once, just took my money and sent me on my way. I felt incredibly disrespected as a patron of the business. The physician assistant (?) and medical assistant we met with were much nicer and spent time asking questions and gathering some information. It was obvious that they had not reviewed our medical record to get an understanding of the whole picture, which was frustrating. Overall, I was disappointed in the lack overall care and lack of professionalism exhibited by most of the people we encountered.

The doctors and staff are generally friendly, professional, and provide quality medical care. I have always felt that my health concerns were listened to and addressed appropriately during my visits. However, my experience with the billing side of the practice has been frustrating. There seems to be a strong focus on financial matters, sometimes to the point where it feels more important than patient care. I have received bills that included charges for services or procedures that I do not recall receiving, which has raised concerns about the accuracy of the billing process. I understand that medical practices need to operate as businesses, but transparency and accuracy in billing are essential. I would encourage patients to carefully review their statements and ask questions about any charges they do not understand. Overall, the medical care itself has been positive, but the billing experience has left me disappointed and has made it difficult to fully recommend the practice without reservation.

Great office feel, super nice staff. Short wait time. Bree Simon is my doctor and I drive all the way from Summerlin to Henderson just to be in her care, even though they have offices much closer to my home. When you find the best you stick with them.

Dr Benttencord and assistant were both professional caring. Dr B explained what she saw and treated it she made sure I understood and if I had any questions. Been seeing her for a few years and always was treated with upmost respect.
