I’ve been a patient of theirs for over a decade. They found my malignant melanoma in 2012. It was a very stressful time. They guided me to the surgeon who also did a great job. I never plan on leaving! They are all very nice, efficient, thorough, and really care. I see Vanessa Benes. She’s the best!

I made an appointment for a full body exam. I came in and Selma asked if I was diagnosed with skin cancer. I said no. I was told insurance would not pay for my visit because it wasn’t a full year since my last appointment. Did not know that. If when I called for the appointment and was asked the skin cancer question, I would have made my appointment for July. I came out and asked for my copay to be refunded. I was told she couldn’t do it. There was nothing on the computer telling her to. Said she had to ask. She did and tapped on the computer more. Told me I could leave. It’s been credited. I asked for a receipt. Said she said she couldn’t give me one. I said you gave me a receipt for the copay why not the crept? If I want one call bookkeeper. He is the number. Extension whatever. I said I need a phone number first. She then started to abuse me. “Don’t yell at me” she said. I wasn’t yelling, I was standing in front of her longer than I was in the room. I asked for the phone number again and again she told me not to yell at her. I then turned and left the office. She did ask if I wanted to make my appointment for July. I couldn’t believe it. I love my doctor, but having to go through the horrible office staff, I don’t know if I want to come back. I’ve only lived here a few years and hoped I found the perfect dermatologist. First time here. Lots of redundancy in paperwork. Only negative thing. The staff and Dr were Very kind, compassionate. Explained everything. Quick painless procedure. Office was very clean! Will return if necessary!

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Weltman today. She was incredibly patient, truly listened to all of my concerns, and acknowledged everything I shared without any judgment. I felt completely heard, understood, and respected throughout the visit. 🙏 We’ve started a new treatment plan, and I’m genuinely looking forward to my follow-up in three months. I left the appointment feeling happy, reassured, and confident in the direction we’re taking. 😊 Dr. Weltman is compassionate, thoughtful, and thorough — I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly cares. 💕

Quick and efficient. No BS leading into products right off the back. Non invasive options are offered first along with detailed explanations of diagnosis. I'd go back in a heart beat for any future concerns in regards to this specialty.
