The office staff is very kind and helpful which is the only reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1. Dr. Aspacio Reuel can be rude and dismissive. I thought maybe he doesn’t have an awareness of how he is coming off and tried to overlook it. But after doing a quick google review search with just his name, I see that this is a pattern that many other patients have expressed on his other practice review for several years (just google his name) . I had a few questionable encounters with him but this last encounter was truly telling. He literally walks into my appointment and the first comment he makes was a complaint that his paid staff was spending “way too many hours on a PA for me and they have other job duties and patients” and “I needed to do my part and call my insurance to figure out what the hold up was,” (which by the way I was doing anyhow and never had to do for my previous doctor.) I quickly corrected him that I had spent several hours and several days myself on the phone with several different parties and was continuously told they never received a prescription order from him. (I was convinced insurance had to be making a mistake.) I also communicated to his office staff on a voicemail with instructions to send my prescription to my pharmacy but was met with resistance as I was informed by his office they needed a prior authorization before they can send the medication. To come find out it they didn’t need a prior authorization and that his office just needed to send the prescription to the pharmacy like I had stated the day before. There were no apologies or accountability from him. He has terrible bedside manners. If you are experiencing any kind of distress in your life and looking for a caring doctor, I unfortunately would not recommend.

From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, professionalism, and just a positive upbeat group of people. There’s never a long line of people when I come in, so that’s always good to see. I often come in to get my fillers, and feel they’ve always done amazing work. I’ve always recommended them to others.

Dr. Aspacio was wonderful! Took time to answer all of the questions that I had. The office is very clean. Everyone here seemed really polite. I feel my appearance looks a lot more youthful since I started treatment here.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I’ve been coming to Summerlin Dermatology for several years now and never once had any complaints. The staff here is always super friendly, very kind during my appointments. I always feel I’ve received the best of care here. Looking forward to future appointments.

I had a fantastic experience at Summerlin Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting area was spotless and calming, and I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr.Aspacio was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all of my questions about my persistent acne and explained my treatment options clearly, without rushing. I felt heard and understood, which is not always the case at medical appointments. The Medical assistant and front desk team were also great. They helped me schedule a follow-up and cosmetic appointment. Made sure I understood how to use the new prescription. I also appreciated that they provided pricing transparency up front, so there were no surprises. After just a few weeks on the treatment plan, I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I’m so glad I chose this practice and would highly recommend Summerlin Dermatology to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dermatologic care.
