Megan Mull 5 months agoWhat I thought was going to be about a two-star visit, became a five star visit and I'm going to take the time to tell you exactly why. The front desk wasn't initially very welcoming, I understand they deal with a lot. It was weird when I went to pay because I have a care credit card but mine is the MasterCard version it means that I can use it at a Taco Bell if I want for example. Even though it's a regular MasterCard and they accept it their weird system wouldn't take my card meaning I won't get my 4% provider back points and that sucked. They are very strict and Stern with payment and I imagine that scandalous patients have made them that way. Everything else is up from there, my appointment I was called into 4 minutes after the call time which is very good and Speedy compared to their other location. I met Michael Anderson the first time and he was the most warm welcoming and kind doctor he did all he could to help me and he went Above and Beyond in a way that no doctor has ever done for me. He could see how stressed I was he was patient and even listen to me for a minute while I told him why I was so emotional. This was true humankindness that I've never experienced from a doctor in my entire life and I felt like I needed to leave him a lengthy review. He is a true asset to our society and has the bedside Manner and attitude that all doctors should strive to have he really is a gem. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and soul. I was so taken aback by really being seen and treated with kindness and the sweet medical Assistant gave me a hug. It's nice to feel supported by your fellow human being in a world that's hard where even those with expensive health insurance plans can't always afford their visit and can't always get the help they need. The human touch goes a really long way it went long enough for me to write an essay on Google thank you!

Belen Cerds 6 months agoI recently visited Dr. Lucius Blanchard because of a suspicious sun spot on my forehead that had me feeling uneasy. I wanted a dermatologist with strong experience—someone who could quickly recognize any malignancy and treat it appropriately. Dr. Blanchard did exactly that. I called his office and was very pleased to be seen the same day. He immediately performed a biopsy, and the prompt results put my mind at ease. We further discussed treatment options. Dr. Blanchard and his staff were pleasant and I felt at ease, but my priority was getting that spot properly diagnosed. For me, expertise and timely treatment matter most. I’ve seen several dermatologists over the years, each with their own bedside style, but ultimately it comes down to what matters most to you. Medicine has changed—I’m old-school and remember unhurried visits where you could ask many questions. Unfortunately, that’s no longer common, and we’ve had to adjust. I’m very satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Blanchard and highly recommend him.
LV Shaun a month agoThe staff was courteous and professional. Michael Anderson, NP-C was thorough and detailed. He explained everything; recommended action and scheduled a follow-up. He and the staff put me at ease and made me comfortable.
Ann Pongracz 3 weeks agoI felt very comfortable with Michael Anderson and his assistant, who took good care of my skin problems. And the lady at the front desk was very helpful with an insurance issue.
