We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Juliette Hoang. She was incredibly nice, professional, and patient with my 95 year old mother. She took her time and showed true kindness. Her nurse was also lovely and very kind. On top of the great care, booking an appointment online was easy, and our wait time was minimal. I highly recommend this practice!

Highly recommend this practice. Dr Xie is excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. So far, I am very happy with the results of my Sculptra treatment. Other posts have mentioned long wait times but that has not been my experience. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes. Maybe it depends on the doctor you're seeing.

Will definitely never be going back, I didn’t really feel like they checked me right. Also we saw that they cared more about the deposit instead of making me feel comfortable they were being rude and made us wait a while in the waiting room just for her to come back and say how much it will be w/out insurance. Very unprofessional in my opinion, she should’ve checked me first instead of talking about the deposit. I will definitely be telling people to not come to this location! Even in the front office they are rude after my visit in the room, I went to the other front where I was going to say, I will not be making another appointment The lady still tried to charge me the visit, even though I had two insurances I even had to tell her that I called on the phone earlier and they told me that the visit was free with both my insurances !!!! And if I could, I wouldn’t even leave 1 one star!

Was taken to the back, asked the basic questions, constantly cut off when tried to express my concerns, given a treatment that I already stated was tried before and ineffective, and rushed out the door, I was in the room for less than 5 minutes, full of anxiety and shame of my bare skin, to be disregarded and rushed out quickly. the only caring people I saw was the people at reception. I can’t believe I spent more time checking in than I spent with the healthcare professional. Waste of money and time

Seeing Dr Herman is refreshing and wonderful. He is knowledgeable about my health issues and really cares. I have recommended a a number of people to him and he has solved their issues as well However after talking with Dr Herman and then dealing with the staff it has become a challenge. My medication keeps getting messed up and they won’t let me speak to the doctor so its a bit of a pickle Definitely go see this smart doctor as he can and will help you but Do double check your prescriptions before leaving as the staff is not helpful when they mess it up.
