I did not want to give any rating because they are terrible and do not deserve any rating. DO not go here and people who go here need to leave. Terrible Treatment and patient care. I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend their facilities to anyone. The office staff is rude, and their billing is deceptive. They bill for doctors you don't see and add charges that were never discussed during the appointment. Military members, please beware of inflated billing on your insurance. Save your time and money and find a more qualified dermatologist who actually cares about patients. They just want to cover themselves with paperwork and terrible parking area and space. The office is dirty and not clean. The doctor credential needs to be questioned and reviewed for not having any compassion or care toward patient. They just more patient to get more money with giving the care people need. The doctor do not follow the doctors oath and refuses service to patient.

I went here for an appointment from VA I have chronic dermatitis for being exposed to AFFF pfas chemicals in the Navy. The assistant Brooks said I can't give you steroids we don't give those out anymore I can give you a shot every month. I don't want a shot I don't like shots they're absolutely terrible dermatology place .

Dr. Sato and team are wonderful to work with. The entire office is always friendly and professional. Clean office and wonderful service. Highly recommend!

Great doctor. Brooke is amazing and really took the time to help me and fight for what I needed from the VA.

Dr Sato however is a great dermatologist and has made noticable improvement in my skin. His office staff are helpful as well. I will continue to see Dr Sato for derma treatments because ive had a good experiences once, and I can see results in my skin.
