First time here, and I am a lifetime client! Came in and reception area was well kept and clean. Receptionist was very attentive and thorough with first time patient paperwork. Dr. Shelbi was exceptional and professional in her consultation. She took her time, listened intently, and answered all my questions and concerns. Not once did make me feel that I asked any 'stupid' question. Good bedside manners and you can tell she really loves her job!

The staff was friendly, thorough, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I usually dislike going to any doctor’s office and tend to feel unomfortable, but they really put me at ease. All of my questions and concerns were addressed clearly and honestly, which I appreciated. The explanations on why was going on and the medications to take were straightforward without ever feeling cold or harsh. I also liked that I was given options and included in decisions about my care - it made the whole experience feel collaborative and comfortable. Overall, I feel respected, informed, and well taken care of!

My first visit to Malama Dermatology was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. The nursing staff was impressively efficient, and Dr. Shelbi was the perfect blend of knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. Everyone was exceptional, especially the doctor herself who explained things patiently, answered my every question, even wrote down words and instructions to help me remember and understand my condition better. So grateful, would highly recommend and gladly return..
