I can’t thank Dr. Yim enough! I did ultra laser and clarity laser treatments to get rid of my sun spots and acne scarring. My skin hasn’t looked better. No matter what I tried on my face, I couldn’t get rid of my sun spots and acne scars until I started seeing Dr. Yim. My face is so clear smooth. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin after seeing Dr. Yim. The ultra laser and clarity laser is definitely worth it. She is so sweet, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Yim and her staff were wonderful. Every step of the process was simple and seamless. Dr. Yim quickly diagnosed my hormonal acne, which had been affecting me for years. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain each step of my treatment, and answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated her evidence-based approach to medicine. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase products or treatments for profit—her recommendations were thoughtful, scientifically grounded, and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for me as a patient. I scheduled an appointment online and got reminders for it. On the day of my appointment, I was in Kailua at a hair appointment and knew that I would be late for this appointment so I called their office and had to leave a voicemail. A gentleman called me back within 10 minutes and very graciously said that I can come in when I can so I did. I ended up being almost an hour late from my original appointment time but he made me feel very valued and I was so thrilled that they allowed me to come in as soon as I could. He warned me that I might have a wait but when I came in it was not a long wait till I was seen. Everyone is so nice there from the nurse / reception to the doctor and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone. Such a pleasant experience. I felt welcomed and felt like everyone really listened to my needs. I am glad I found them. Dr Yim answered all of my concerns and is very patient, friendly, down-to-earth & knowledgeable. I've seen Dr. Yim a few times now and she is the best!! I've seen her for acne help and laser hair removal. She takes her time explaining things to me and I always leave feeling more educated and at ease. My acne has since cleared up and her laser machine works great! I would trust her with any and all dermatology needs!

Went to Dr. Kaity for sun damage - wow! The clinic is super clean and has a really nice, upscale feel. Dr. Kaity was so friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. My sun spots are almost completely gone now! Really happy with the results and would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with sun damage.
