Eric the PA froze four keratosis on my back. He did well with three of them, but the one area was in pain for over five hours following the procedure. Plus, two weeks later, it is continuing to heal like a burn and it is directly over my spine--peeling, sensitive and itchy. I called to inform the office of my situation, but they did not answer, so I left a message. Hopefully he will learn from his mistakes. He is quite young.

The receptionist was extremely disrespectful and made no effort to assist me with the referral process. The process was frustrating and unhelpful from the start. Save yourself the hassle and choose a place that hires compassionate and professional staff.
