Dr Garcia is a cheerful and caring doctor. Really worked to understand the conditions and find the best remedy possible while consulting with me. Would recommend Dr Garcia any time. Have only had pleasant interactions with the rest of the staff too.

Such a scam. Appointments are impossible to get, and when I finally got in, I asked about my skin discoloration and a wart on my foot. The doctor basically told me it was “probably eczema” and to “just put lotion on it.” They froze one wart and that was it. After they ran my insurance, I had an $80 copay which already felt like a lot for the level of care I got and then later I got hit with an additional $103 bill. Didn’t I already pay for this service? I held off on paying because I thought insurance would cover more, but nope. Instead, I started receiving letters saying it would be sent to collections. Never going to a dermatologist again for a guessed diagnosis and a one-second freeze that ended up costing me $200 after insurance.

I’ve been a patient at these offices for a long time and have always loved the doctor and the care provided. However, my recent experience with the newer receptionist, Aliyah, was incredibly disappointing. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Receptionists should be welcoming and helpful, but her attitude was the complete opposite. When I asked for instructions, she was vague, and when I sought clarification, she slightly raised her voice at me and spoke to me with a condescending tone. This kind of behavior is unwelcoming and has made me reconsider my visits. I hope this issue is addressed so that patients can feel comfortable and respected again.

The 1 star is only for the cleanliness of the clinic. I waited this long before giving my review because I wanted to give my procedure time. I had a proper appointment to see Dr. Summer Chong as I have a lot of moles, skin tags I like to get checked at least once a year. While I was there, I showed her some on my arm and stomach I wanted removed since I was already there. She freeze dried them but I kind of knew immediately that she didn’t spend enough time freeze drying them because she was very quick. So I waited for the time for them to scab and fall off which usually takes about up to 2 weeks even (although from experience if done right it doesn’t take that long). Needless to say, they didn’t fall off and the one on my stomach didn’t even scab. She was in a rush and didn’t bother to do her job correctly. My friends have told me to go back and have them fix it but my thought is if they allow this type of standard of service/doctors, I don’t see how seeing anybody else there is going to make a difference. So…. I am not going back there. Oh, and they charged me $42.00 right out the door which is more than what my deductible should be. And I get a bill of course on top of that.

Do not go to Dr. Miki Garcia. One of the WORST doctors I've been to. She gave me the impression she hates her job and hates interacting with people. I could feel the tension between her and the MA that was taking notes for her (she acted like the didn't exist). She did not smile once during our entire interaction. She did not educate me on what my condition was and I had to ask her to explain. Even when she did she gave me such a short answer, almost as if I was bothering her. Her bedside manner is horrible and someone seriously needs to speak to her about her bedside manner and if this is the right job for her. She doesn't seem like she enjoys what she does and that's concerning when patients are coming to you seeking help and education and you can't provide that. She prescribed me medication, yet didn't say what it was called, how to use it, and more importantly forgot to mention I can't go out in the sun with it on! The other staff were very professional and welcoming, but she should not be working in this office. It's a bad representation of queens and the rest of the staff in the office. I'm sure a lot of patients do not return after seeing her.
