Referred here for skin tag removals, arrived early to complete new patient form. The nurse and Dr. Aaron Fong took care of what I needed for my visit and I was out of there before my appointment time even started. Above and beyond 👍🏽

Dr. Fong is pretentious and dismissive. I went there for some skin concerns because skin cancer runs in my family (he didn’t even ask me about family history or anything else, in fact). He looked at the areas I pointed out for 3 seconds and said “you’re fine” and suggested that some of my problems were because my “bra was rubbing and irritating the skin”. Sir, I’ve been wearing bras for the better part of 30 years and I can assure you my concerns have nothing to do with that. He is a joke. It took me months to get a referral and I finally got to go to the dermatologist and this is the experience I have. The appointment was less than 5 minutes long. I left flabbergasted. He is the worst doctor I’ve ever visited in my life. It’s either he’s lazy, incompetent, or he doesn’t care. I don’t know which is worse. A 4 year old can do what he does.

Dr. Aaron Fong is the WORST. It’s unfortunate that the way he conducts himself with his patients casts a shadow over the entire practice. This physician appears to lack knowledge and even the slightest compassion. He shows no interest in examining the actual problem area - he assumes from afar and prescribes one of two steroids for any skin issue. That’s it. Minimal questions asked, zero intent to make you feel better or properly examine anything. You can count on your appt lasting about 5 min. Do yourself a favor and stay clear. No one deserves to go through an experience like this.

I had a particularly bad experience with Dr. Aaron Fong this week. I was referred to him to discuss a couple concerns I had regarding my skin, and he opened the appointment with, "I hear you have a lot of issues today!" It only went downhill from there. He was visibly and verbally annoyed that I didn't know the appointment was only fifteen minutes long, and treated me as though he'd do me a favor by discussing more than one of my concerns during the appointment--even though the scheduler didn't mention there would be a time cap. He seemed to take the easy way out in diagnosis, even though I have no family or genetic history of what he mentioned. I left feeling invalidated and shamed, and I certainly will not be going back.

Dr. Grekin is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. I, along with my two teenagers, have been going here for a couple of years now, and she always takes the time to answer all of our questions or concerns. Her assistant Sarah, from our most recent visit, has also been very helpful with getting our MANY meds filled promptly and courteously. Thank you so much!
