My husband and I are grateful for Dr Shvartzman's services over the years, have been seeing him for over 15 years! A amazing Doctor and a real person who cares for his patients. His staff has always been professional and kind as well.

Dr. Shvartzman and all PA's are professional and his office is well managed, with polite staff. I had Mohs surgery on my leg and the procedure went well and all follow-up visits fast and efficient. He is an outstanding dermatologist and trustworthy.

This dermatologist was highly recommended by a friend so I called to be seen for an issue. Not only was the person who answered the phone a bit rude, I was promptly informed that Dr. Schwartzman only does surgical procedures now and that I could only get an appointment with a PA. I did ask if I could request an appointment once I had had the PA visit (who apparently also does the biopsy procedures) and was told that is NOT their policy. This practice leaves it up to PA if they feel comfortable with doing the surgical procedure or not- you don’t get a choice. How insane! Will go elsewhere and see an actual Doctor, with experience, not a PA.

Horrible experience . First visit I waited 45 minutes to be seen, the PA took approximately 5 minutes for a full body check, in which I had to point out areas of concern that she overlooked. Second visit I waited over an hour to be seen, asked to speak to an office manager regarding their obvious disregard for being punctual. Office manager Brianne was rude and uncaring, stated “all dermatologists have long wait times”. Apparently at this office waiting an hour + is normal, however in my opinion this is not acceptable and not normal. My time is worth more than sitting in a waiting room with no courtesy call, no explanation, no kindness. I will be finding another dermatologist who is respectful of their patients time.

I had several potential concerns that needed to be addressed. Dr Schvartzman and his staff provided the necessary care (freezing spots, shaving spots and performing minor surgery) to address those areas of concern. The PA, Matthew Myers and the care staff, Amanda and Fatima, provided the utmost care during my visit. They answered my questions and ensured that I was well informed of the procedures. I had no pain during the surgery and required NO prescribed pain medication afterwards. Dr. Schvartzman is extremely professional and does an outstanding job of communicating with the patient and family members concerning patient care. I have highly recommended him to my friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.
