Dr. O’Connell is amazing. She is kind and gentle, but very, very thorough! I truly trust her with my health. She’s wonderful at answering all my questions and I always leave every appointment satisfied. She can be hard to get an appointment with- probably because she is so good! But I do appreciate the practice had a wait list option for cancelled appointments to help get you in sooner. So thankful to have her as my doctor and the whole practice is great to work with- awesome customer service and patient care!

1st time ever seeing a dermatology specialist. Scheduling was easy w/ Sarah by phone. Front desk was efficient and professional. Katie got me settled in exam room and was great. PA M McBride (and her sidekick Isabel) was positive, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, explained things well, listened well and provided viable solutions (and samples) based on my feedback. Definitely felt comfortable. Thanks!

Buyer beware. We’ve been coming here for years, and Florence is a wonderful, thoughtful, and caring provider. If you’re coming for skin exams or medical dermatology care, I wouldn’t hesitate. However, if you’re considering cosmetic treatments, be aware that the sales approach for products felt uncomfortably high-pressure. My wife was encouraged repeatedly to purchase products during her visit, to the point that the interaction ran long and delayed the next appointment. After getting home, she immediately regretted the purchase. At our next visit, we asked to return the product unopened, but were told that no returns are accepted under their policy. That was especially disappointing given our long history as patients. Policies matter, but so does judgment and customer care. This experience left us feeling more like a transaction than valued patients.

I was asked to come in 30 minutes before appt time. And had me waiting along after my scheduled time. The front desk just didn’t seem to care and appeared to be bothered. PA McBride seemed competent but made my issue worse.

Front desk staff was friendly and greeted me promptly. Dr McConnell was very nice. We discussed things thoroughly so I did not feel rushed. Her associate was also friendly. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
