As someone who has worked in the dermatology field for over 12 years, I can confidently say that the care I received at Park Avenue Dermatology was exceptional. Jennifer Lee and her medical assistant were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Mrs. Lee was extremely thorough with her skin exam, taking the time to address concerns and ensure nothing was overlooked. It’s rare to find a team that combines clinical excellence with such genuine compassion and outstanding bedside manner. I left feeling truly cared for and very impressed with the level of service I received. I can’t wait to come back for my annual visit next year!

I have had appointments with dermatologist at various medical facilities in Jacksonville. I was dissatisfied with each one as they did not appear to be interested in solving my problem. As a women of color, it is important to me to be seen. Walking into Park Avenue Dermatology on day one was like a breath of fresh air! Great staff!

Both my wife & I had appointments with Julian Glassman, PA-C yesterday. She was very thorough in both of our skin assessments. She was also most professional and so very kind. Park Avenue Dermatology is a well run practice. The office staff is polite and my surgeon was excellent. The practice employs approximately 15 surgeons with varying backgrounds. My surgeon is Adam Chahine. He is a a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon, with additional training in facial plastic surgery. In my case, I developed a basal cell carcinoma under my lower left eyelid. I was extremely concerned that the cancerous cells may have migrated into the eyelid. I had never met Dr. Chahine. He came highly recommended by my dermatologist, Dr. Angela Stepien. Although Dr. Stepian is also an excellent dermatologist, she realizes the expertise required to perform a mohs surgery which is so close the eye, as was the case for me. Dr. Stepien said that Dr. Chahine was the only surgeon she would recommend to perform the surgery. I'm sure that Park Avenue Dermatology has many fine and capable surgeons. In my case, however, she felt that he was the best selection. This referral was one of the best I have ever received. Dr. Chahine walked into the room. He introduced himself immediately and after only a few minutes I felt at ease and very thankful that I was there and that he would be performing my surgery. Yes. Bedside manner is still a very important aspect of the surgical experience (this includes all aspects of medicine) and Dr. Chahine has genuinely mastered that. Had I not received that reassurance, I would have stood up and walked out. Once I was comfortable, we moved on to the surgery. The primary goal is complete removal of the cancerous area and minimal scarring. After only 6 weeks, you can barely see the scar. It is a small line about an inch long. Thank you to Dr. Chahine and to his well trained assistants and thank you to Park Avenue Dermatology!
