Ashley East is wonderful. She is always prepared, asks questions and provides the appropriate treatment, recommendations and/or action plan as needed. She is courteous and caring. It is very clear that she is very concerned about patient wellbeing. You couldn’t be in better hands.

I have been a patient at First Coast Dermatology for several years. There has never been a wait time longer than a few minutes. They always address every concern I have and are kind and patient. I have recommended them numerous times.

Very pleasant and obviously competent. Took my mother in before our appointment and, following a procedure, we were finished in 20 minutes. Overall, as good an experience as you can have under the circumstances.

Dr. Rosario is one of the best doctors on the planet. His compassion and meticulous caregiving are unparalleled. His scheduling staff provides little to no wait time when booking your appointments before seeing Dr. Rosarao and other providers. Billing is timely and proficient. Staff are always welcoming and quick to address all needs

I contacted this office to schedule an appointment and had a very disappointing interaction with the front desk staff member, Cookie. She appeared to have difficulty entering basic information such as my name and date of birth. I was patient and politely asked her to repeat the spelling to ensure accuracy. Instead of addressing my request, she repeatedly ignored it, placed me on hold for an extended period, and ultimately disconnected the call. I attempted to call back three times afterward and received no response. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a medical office and made a simple scheduling request unnecessarily stressful. It’s unfortunate that Dr. Rosario is a good physician, and front-desk behavior like this detracts from the practice's quality. I hope this feedback is reviewed and addressed.
