10am appointment arrived at 945. It is now 130 and still haven't seen the Dr. I Took the entire day off which appears it is needed if you are coming here for a procedure. This is my 3rd visit and never even met the Dr. I feel like it is about money not patient care. Offices that overbook do it for money. Office staff was nice but I will not be back or ever recommend this place. No one ever bothered to contact me about my experience either. Poor customer service.

Great experience for my several visits to Advantage Dermatology. The dermatologist, Jasminh Flanagan, was extremely thorough, personable, and explained things very well for my complete understanding. A completely professional experience!

This was the quickest Dr appointment I’ve ever had! Based on the reviews I was hesitant to do any business here, but upon arrival I was pleased to see a nice waiting room. I was greeted warmly by Tatiana, the front desk staff who showed me where bathroom and snacks were as I was feeling lightheaded. Less than 5 minutes wait and I’m checked into the room and I was discussing with my provider Jackelin Hernandez who was friendly and professional. Got my treatment done in less than 10 minutes.

Jasminh is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional! All of the staff is wonderful! I have been there twice and I only have five stars to give. But I would leave 10 out of 10 if I could.

I’ve been coming here for three or four years and I have no idea why I keep coming back. They have never pulled me back with less than a thirty minute wait past my appointment time. They don’t pick up the phone. When I go up front to ask when I’ll be called back, they look at me like I’m an inconvenience. They keep asking me to take a picture for my patient profile even though I’ve told them repeatedly that I won’t. The providers are rude too. When I mention these concerns to the staff, they just say they’re short staffed. They’ve been telling me this every time I’ve been here so they either need to hire more people or treat the people they have better so that they show up.
