Mom had a thorough skin examination and two spots treated in less than 20 minutes. He found a spot of no concern to us was actually pre-cancerous! It's so quick and efficient our family was amazed. I understand how some may be surprised at his efficiency, but he delivered everything we needed, asked if we had any additional concerns, and, since we didn't, exited pleasantly. We're confident in his care, and we'll see him again for additional treatment in 3 weeks! No lollygagging here, and that works for us.

Very rushed. Dr. Rashid didn't even read my chart to review my existing skin conditions and medications. I had to do all the talking and explain things. He didn't really propose any possible causes, but was quick to prescribe multiple things without really trying to diagnose me properly.

I’ve had a great experience with this dermatology office. The staff is always polite and professional, and they consistently see me right on time—sometimes even earlier than my scheduled appointment. The doctor is knowledgeable, approachable, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. It’s clear they care about their patients and making sure you understand your treatment. Overall, a very well-run office with excellent care. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment at this dermatology clinic sent my insurance information confirmed with my insurance that I do not need a referral for dermatology. I did my research before I scheduled the appointment found this company on Zocdoc, which you have to upload your insurance information to make sure that the doctor accepts it. I was called the week before my appointment and was told that they were canceling my appointment because I needed a referral. I explained to them I already checked with Blue Cross Blue Shield and did not need a referral for this appointment. The appointment rep continue to argue with me and tell me that she’s not gonna reschedule my appointment Because I needed a referral. I offered to call Blue Cross Blue Shield on the phone to verify that I did not need the referral, but she refused to listen to me and only wanted to argue back-and-forth and basically told me I’m not gonna argue with you. There’s nothing I can do doctors please do your research on the people that you hire. This is not the professional way to handle a situation. She never offered to even try To figure out how to resolve the issue and said she didn’t know what to tell me he lost the customer and will probably lose more in the future at this continues to happen.

I went to Dr. Rashid on July 17, 2025, after visiting at least 6 different dermatologists over the past 5 years. It was a chronic itching in several places but mainly in the groin area and on my hands. After a quick exam, he prescribed two different lotions. I used no more than 1/3 of either one and NO MORE itching since then, and we are in mid April 2026. 9 months No itching.
