I had a mixed experience at Complete Dermatology today. The front office staff was amazing and positive, however, my examination left me feeling uncomfortable. My appointment with Dr. Schilte was for a full-body screening. It was my first-ever dermatology appointment, so I wish I was walked through the steps of the visit before diving in. I value when healthcare professionals explain what they will be doing to your body before they do it and explain their findings, but that was not my experience today. I was left feeling vulnerable, rushed, and uncomfortable. Specifically, I asked about sunscreen options since I have sensory issues with many creams I’ve tried, and it felt like the response to my question wasn’t solution-oriented. Also, my scalp was rummaged through, and I was told I wasn’t washing my hair often enough (recommended washing every two days instead of three). I’m fine receiving feedback about things like that, but the way it was said didn’t feel conscientious about how hygiene can be a sensitive topic. Also, there was a point where my chest was exposed and the doctor was talking to me for a few minutes, and I didn’t know if I could re-cover myself. I know doctors don’t flinch at seeing bodies, but as a patient I wanted to cover up. Ultimately, I felt like a specimen being examined rather than a human patient with feelings. I suspect I was being rushed out because I saw the doctor going to her car as I was getting ready to leave. I would recommend this office, but I think I’ll try another doctor at this location for my next appointment.

We love Dr. Davis. She is very sweet and kind. Also knowledgeable and professional. We always feel at ease with her. Every single person on her staff is just as sweet and kind as Dr.Davis. We have a few people from our church that go to Dr Davis now. We thank our LORD GOD for Dr. Davis and her staff. Dennis and Debra Schuin

This is a great Practice. There is plenty of parking, which is easy to access (not medical center) and all the staff are extremely nice and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Schlichte for the past several years and she is the best - very thorough, knowledgeable, thoughtful. Any issues are completely discussed snd explained, and I am always comfortable with her explanations and recommendations.

Dr. Schlicte is booked and busy for a reason! She has extensive knowledge and works with her patients individually, never judging, just trying to find what will work to fit your needs. Which you don't always find in a derm! She was recommended to me and I would easily recommend her to anyone else. The staff is also very nice and easy to work with!

Top notch! Complete Dermatology is truly the best. From the nurses to the office staff to the doctors, everyone is professional, kind, and welcoming. I see Dr. Megan Schlichte, and she is always friendly and professional. Because I have melanoma, I need frequent check-ups, and she is incredibly thorough every time. She takes her time, answers all of my questions, and never makes me feel rushed or like I’m asking a silly question. The entire staff is warm and attentive — even wishing me a good day as I leave. I highly recommend Complete Dermatology to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate care!
