Excellent dermatology practice! The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes patients feel welcome. I’ve known one of the PAs personally for years, and her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to patient care are truly exceptional. She takes the time to listen and makes sure every patient feels comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for top-quality dermatology care!

Well run and professional office. All employees are knowledgeable and competent. Doctor and associates were extremely professional. They addressed my concerns quickly and laid out a program to treat what was needed. Would recommend to anyone needing dermatologist expertise.

I love United Dermatology! Dr. Mimi is professional and friendly! She is the best in her field! Her medical team is knowledgable and warm. Her Medical Assistant, Miriam, always remembers me and adds that personal touch that helps especially when a patient needs that. She is also friendly and efficient. The office staff is amazing as well! Tori is quick and efficient, so that patients are not waiting. She is always smiling and her positivity is refreshing! Love this Group!🥰

DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! If the company cares about customer service, it would read all of this. Do not give them business unless you have the money and patience. I was angry at first, but ultimately, I just feel betrayed, distraught, scammed and taken advantage of due to the lack of communication with such valuable information, and nothing but "I'm sorry" for the inconvenience. Put yourself in the customer's shoes. You don't know their life's situation; it could be their last dime you miscommunicated. I pray nothing but blessings and integrity over that place, and that they all know the love of Jesus Christ, the same for whoever reads this. I forgive them, but that hurt. It was a nice office, not a long wait time, and insightful service. My only issue is that they made a costly mistake. I called ahead to this direct location for a price estimate, and they said "up to $250". That phrase means "a varied price with a $250 cap". My condition wasn't too strenuous (maybe a case of tinea versicolor), so I decided to check it out. Long story short, my appointment was for 8:30 AM, done by 9 AM. A 30-minute visit, most of the time spent with a lovely lady named "Cat", and a fraction of the time with the knowledgeable doctor. They tried to test my condition, but weren't able to, so they decided on prescriptions for now till further action and a follow-up appointment in a month. Coming out of this appointment in 30 minutes, with the same knowledge I had before, and the same medication plus another, I expected no more than $100. Instead, I was met with a $255.13 fee (cost without prescription). As a college student, that is not easy, especially if you don't expect it. If they had done/completely further tests, I understand. This was not the case; if it was made clear that a consultation is a flat rate of $250 +tax, I would be more prepared and probably go somewhere else. A nice worker named "Tori" tried her best to cover the tracks of the company, but the damage was already done, and service is service. Except for a flat rate of $250 for consultation, plus $120 for any other tests, and $160 for a follow-up visit. Medication was only about $50. I don't believe that info breakdown is on their website.

My first time visiting with Mimi Phan and I am totally pleased with the way she understood my issues. She explained every detail and mmediately took great care of me. I will definately refer her to all my family and friends.
