I had a very positive experience at the dermatology office. The two girls at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. One of them, Ana, was especially supportive. I had been communicating with her for about a week regarding my insurance referral, and she consistently followed up with me. She checked on the referral every day and even called to ask if it had arrived. She was very patient and made the whole process much easier for me. The other receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the doctor who examined my hair was excellent, professional, and attentive. Overall, I really appreciate the kindness and cooperation of the entire team. Thank you for the great service.

The whole team at United Dermatology has been fantastic. They helped me with schedule difficulties, answered every question I had during my appointment, and supported me with needed product and prescriptions. They were so kind and patient. I highly recommend this team!

I've been to both the Euless office and Arlington office now and I just want to give the loudest shout out to all of the front desk and medical assistants!! They are all SO friendly and understanding!! They really took their time to help and accommodate me when I needed it. Of course, the providers are excellent as well! I wanted to claw off my own skin before seeing them, and now I am able to go back to my normal life comfortably. Thank you for giving me my life back!!

I set up an appointment with them online to have a mole removed. They had availability the following day in the morning. I thought I would be going in just for a consultation but they were able to remove the mole in question, same day, and I was out in 30 minutes. Josana and her team provided a comfortable and welcoming experience from the second I walked through the door. Give these ladies your business. They’re a great crew.

Quick service, efficient staff and an attentive PA! I’m happy to have found this team. My appointment was maybe 30 minutes and I got some good information and peace of mind.
