Lisa is great. I’ve been going to this dermatologist since September 2025 and I can really tell a difference in my balding area. It’s a long process to see improvement but so far so good. Also they are quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

I sat in the waiting room 45 minutes. I sat in the examining room 10 minutes. Total of 50 minutes before I saw the doctor. She was with me about 5 minutes. The doctor was pleasant and efficient. If I’m scheduled for 11:30 then I should be able to see a doctor within 15 -20 minutes. I felt like your time was more valuable than mine.

I have always had trouble with my skin my whole life and this is the first Dermatologist practice that actually made me feel comfortable and listened to me and was able to help me. Im very grateful for the experience and services they have provided. The entire staff is friendly and the Providers really care about their patients. Cant thank all of them enough! Highly recommend!

The entire atmosphere at the clinic was wonderful. It was a pleasure meeting the doctor, who took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. The care I received was excellent, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate and professional healthcare.

I had the amazing experience on 2/16/26 of visiting United Dermatology Assoc., and the recipitions in the front office entry set the vibe for a very warm and professional visit. They smile and laugh with me. The best of all was Dr. Jeannine Hoang, what a wonderful warm and funny lady, very professional, friendly and personable. Dr Jeannine visit and her communication with me is my seal of approval, and my go to professional for skin health care . I totally Recommend and 5 Stars hands down.💯
