Michelle and Dr. Nguyen have always advocated for me. I've been coming to them off-and-on for about a decade and they've always done everything they could to help me regardless of my insurance provider. It's rare to see healthcare professionals go to this level of dedication. I'm so grateful to have found this office.

Refer by my doctor never call to arrange appointment . Finally after several calls got a call said they were not taken new patients. Lost over a week of pain of itching ? Poison eve? Oak? ? Still itching. Thanks Doctor

I’m giving this 2 stars solely because I really like the dermatologist. He’s always been polite and professional the two times I saw him a few years ago. However, my recent experience with the front desk lady left a lot to be desired. I called five times around 10 a.m. with no answer each call. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the office since their Google listing said they were open. When I walked in, the woman at the front whispered, “How can I help you?” and then immediately hung up the phone. I told her I wanted to make an appointment and mentioned I’d called multiple times earlier with no answer. She responded that I needed to leave a message because she can’t answer if she’s on the phone with insurance. That might be understandable, but it was odd that she was able to hang up right as I walked in, yet apparently couldn’t answer the phone for an hour. I asked if they accepted Cigna, and she said no. Her tone and facial expression made it clear that my presence was more of an inconvenience than anything. The vibe was off — she came across as unwelcoming, almost annoyed that I was asking questions. It’s unfortunate because I was genuinely hoping to return as a patient and even had someone in mind to refers. But based on this experience, I won’t be referring anyone else. Maybe they need more staff, or maybe the front desk simply doesn’t reflect the quality of care the doctor provides.

Great doctor, listens and addresses skin conditions. He helped my son with his acne. I recommend Dr. Nguyen.

Best experience at a Drs office ever. The nurse was so positive and cheerful and the Dr. was thorough not rushed and answered all of my questions. I left feeling upbeat and cared for- their positivity is catching. They made me feel like I was a long time patient and it was my first visit. I recommend and certainly will be back.
