Highly recommend!! My wife, daughter and I have been so impressed with this practice! Everyone there have been so attentive, kind and efficient at each visit that we find ourselves telling friends and family about the experience. They all share an authentic concern for each patient. As self-pay customers, we really appreciate the fact that they're trying to do things in a way that is as efficient as possible so that we don't end up spending a bunch of money. I just wish that there were more doctors offices that were run this way!

This was a follow up visit for my brother's skin condition. We didn't wait long and were shown to the examination room and gave the nurse some recap since the last visit. She was friendly and attentive, then exited. Then Dr. Lisa Hu came in with her the nurse or NP, Amy. Amy didn't say much but she was working on the computer. Dr. Hu looked over and assessed my brother's legs and feet for improvement since the last visit. She was personable, thorough and explained other future skin treatments for the future. She also took care and did some treatment on my brother's back, face and foot. She said she would give us some sample medication until the prescription came in, then pleasantly left. Here's where Amy starts. She was on the computer asked about scheduling the next appointment and her tone was very curt and cold. She made no eye contact, and gave us the feeling of wasting her time. If she was having a bad day, we were getting the blowback. She exited and came back with the prescriptions but I had to remind her of the samples Dr. Hu was giving us. She brought them back and again gave a curt and cold goodbye comment when we left. The examination room was far away from the receptionist and I wasn't exactly sure which way to go. Amy didn't point us in the right direction, and had no interest in doing so. Now having said all this, she will probably just deny it, and say she did nothing of the sort. And that's fine, but my brother and I were both there and we saw the exact same thing. It was an awful way to end the visit, and after Dr. Hu did a fantastic job. We have another follow up appointment booked, but the way I feel right now I don't want to go back. If we do, I will specifically ask not to have Amy involved with the exam. If she was having a bad day I get it, but don't take it out on us. Reverse the roles, and I treated her the way she treated us, she would be livid. When I have to see a doctor, I expect a level of professionalism as she is representing the doctors and their practice. I'm not sure if Dr. Hu sensed anything with Amy, while talking with us, but it was no doubt obvious when Dr. Hu left. Again, Amy will probably deny it all, but deep down she knows how she treated us. I hope we never see her again.

Dr. Angela and staff are amazing. I have been a patient for a little over a year and I enjoy coming here for my appointments. I love the diversity of the staff and the amazing customer service they provide. The wait time is always very low and I’m always greeted upon arrival. I feel heard when expressing my concerns about issues I’m dealing with and Dr. Angela has very good bedside manners. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing Drs, however Dr. Angela and staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Thank You for the excellent service.

My doctor had recommended this previously, but I wanted to check around to see if I could find something similar for less. Really didn't get a chance to do much research. So in the meanwhile, I went ahead and purchased this for $70. 🫣 It's expensive to take care of your skin. But definitely worth it.
