I don’t like to post bad reviews I usually post good and great reviews from different places. Well today was a bad day I get a few minutes late to my first appointment I know I should not be late because there’s more patients,so I gave my information to the front desk right desk and she advised me that I was already late and my appointment was canceled already so I say no problem I’ll reschedule at that time a really nice lady with gray hair and glasses told the receptionist to call someone at the doctors office to see if they can squeeze me in since it was only a few minutes late so the receptionist that was supposed to help patients acted like she didn’t want to call the doctors office,the nice lady told her several times to call and she didn’t so I just turned around and walked out,To the Nice lady I’ll give you 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. At the same time the bad receptionist needs to do a better job to attend patients since that’s how she puts food on the table. PLEASE BE KIND TO OTHERS !!

There is a new blonde PA girl training under a doctor here and she is so so rude. How can you be in the medical field and act incredulous about conditions? How can you be a woman and make women feel more vulnerable and ridiculous in the doctor’s office? Some people just don’t have the right personality for these careers and she’s one of them. Tell her you’re allergic to something and she will act like it’s unheard or unbelievable. BELIEVE WOMEN. If the doctor tries to tell you “oh I need to train someone today” don’t let them. You paid for the doctor’s time, not to be grilled by some newbie who acts judgmental. Have a heart. So unprofessional and annoying. Doctor’s offices are places of transparency, vulnerability, and communication. Roll my eyes.

Dr. Christopher Liendo is one of the best doctors I’ve had by far. In my 77 years, I’ve had many doctors. What set him apart was that Dr. Liendo always had time to talk with me and listen and gave great patient care. He will be missed at Southwestern Dermatology.

Took my mother into the office, had a great appointment, but the highlight of our experience was VIVIAN at the desk.! She was not only kind and compassionate but very personable with my mother. My mother still can’t stop talking about her. Thank You

I would have preferred to leave zero stars. The staff does not answer calls, continually places you on hold over and over without answering. Impossible to make contact so I wouldn't even bother going. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you need help.
