Dr. Archbald was wonderful with my daughter. She took the time to ask a lot of questions and get a better understanding of what she had been experiencing with her skin. She laid out a footprint for a treatment plan, as well as discussed options with us if the first plan wasn’t successful. She was extremely thorough and simplified her questions so my eleven year old could understand her clearly. I could tell Dr. Archbald was aware that my daughter was very self-conscious about her acne and clearly didn’t want to talk about it! The entire time, through the eleven year old attitude, she was professional and didn’t let it bother her that my kiddo

I started with Dr. Archbald last year and have been VERY pleased with both my visits with her. My first was just an over all check-up and the second was to remove a keratoacanthoma. She spends time explaining, never in a hurry and is very caring. Her assistant Whitney was very good, as well.

Dr. Archbald is very professional and yet very personal. She makes me feel at ease and is proactive with my skin care. Her staff is kind and efficient! Friendly team, smiling faces, nice office, the whole package!

When you enter Dr Archbald and all the staffs area it’s like a new Dimension almost like a twilight zone episode they are so friendly, joyful and kind and happy it makes you feel that way too . The waiting room staff should visit There, Often and soak it in. God bless you all.

Dr Archibald was phenomenal. Informed me what she was doing throughout the procedure. Her bedside manner is outstanding and made me feel very comfortable which re-assured me when I was extremely anxious. Once she was as finished done someone came in to clean my face and was pretty rough removing the gel and it really hurt. I would describe it as sandpaper. Also the sunscreen applied caused a reaction which made my face bright red and burned intensely and burned my eyes too.not sure if the sunscreen was mineral or not. Would be nice to be informed which type of sunscreen was applied. In addition,I have severe dry eyes from lens replacement.In addition to that I had lens replacement in both eyes. Another thing, I was supposed to get gel packs to be sent home with and never received them.The checkout process was borderline frustrating. I was in a lot of pain and I had to check out after the procedure it would be more beneficial if I could just pay ahead of time. Ch
