I had my first consultation to discuss skin care goals. Zia was very informative and knowledgeable. 5 stars was given for customer service and their warm welcome. Zia went above and beyond by gathering specialist to do a quick consult for other concerns I brought up and how they can help me. Things I was also impressed by is the plan discussed is written down and given to you with a skin care plan and a couple of handfulls of samples to get you started. I left with a clear understanding of what my plan looks like, an appointment schedule for my skin goals and an appointment for microneeding with Christy. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them on my esthetic goals.

Elicia is truly exceptional. I have trusted her for years, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t go to anyone else—she has a lifelong client in me. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients set her apart in every way. What I appreciate most about Elicia is her honesty and integrity. There was a time when I had lip filler that had begun to migrate, and instead of suggesting more product, she took the time to explain that the best course of action was to dissolve and correct it properly. Western Dermatology Consultants on Montgomery Technician: E Aragon Went there for a "full body" skin check. The key words here are full body. There are places on my body that I am not able to see, and even if I could see, I am not capable of discerning the health of the skin. This is why I went to a dermatologist. Come to find out that they assume you do not want a full body check and will only check your entire skin surface if you have a complaint. This is foolish. I the past I have had several pre-cancerous lesions and some that were cancerous removed from places I can easily see, but that I did not recognize as harmful or have any negative sensation such as redness, itching or pain. They say they only check parts of you that are exposed to the sun. Does skin cancer only effect those areas? No. This falls within the realm of "failure to diagnose" which can be a problem for the provider. They should always perform a full body check unless you refuse to do so. While there, I had several spots frozen and two shaved off. Now three weeks later the spots that were frozen have returned. The technician did not freeze the area long enough to kill the skin cells. I have the impression that they are trying, but they have some areas that need improvement. The service was abbreviated and superficial. It feels like this place has shifted from being a dermatology office to a beauty spa. I guess you go where the money is?

Delena in the spa was so incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain the differences between the products and what would be best for my skin routine. She was professional and warm and went the extra mile to write down the steps/products to use for my morning and night routines. She's the best!

I hadn't had a facial in years, but Zia has me addicted now! She is very friendly, informative, and gentle. I would highly recommend going to her if you want to refresh your skin. The whole staff at Western Dermatoloy makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
