I had an amazing experience at this clinic, especially with Nurse Injector Olivia. I came in with lip filler that had been done previously by other injectors, and I was dealing with noticeable lumps and unevenness. Olivia took the time to assess everything carefully, dissolved the old filler, and then re-did my lips with such precision and care. The results are honestly beautiful. The lumps are completely gone, my lips look smooth and natural, and when I smile now everything looks so much more balanced and well done. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. I’m so grateful I trusted her to fix my lips—she truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about correcting previous filler or want natural-looking results!

I’ve been going to Zia for laser hair removal and she is AMAZING! She’s so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. The vibes during every appointment are super comfortable and relaxing. She explains everything clearly, checks in often, and makes sure you feel at ease. After my treatments, my skin always feels smooth and looks great—no irritation, just results. I seriously love going to her and would recommend her to anyone looking for laser hair removal! 💛

I’ll be returning to Zia for sure! This was my first treatment ever and was surprisingly painless and relaxing. I have medical conditions/concerns we talked about, with the dermatologist recommendations and she made me feel very at ease. We did a super gentle one and she gave me samples of products to help heal. I’d recommend her ina heart beat!

*From a melaninated individual perspective* To whom it may concern, The front office staff is friendly and professional. I was greeted , checked in and offered a drink while I waited. The waiting area is clean and comfortable . My aesthetician Zia Lucero is a soft spoken, highly skilled, easy going person who took time throughout my procedure making sure that not only am I comfortable but informed about each step/product that is being used. While I'm not a talker and is okay with sitting in silence, calming music filled the gaps so one might drift away to lala land. After the treatment , I was given a detail careplan with the name of the products used , time of day to use, frequency of use as well as samples. The overall experience was superb and highly recommend Zia. I have no complaints.
