I don't like to leave bad reviews but hope it helps people to know they are not alone in terrible scheduling. Dr. Matsumoto was great but is going on leave and now it is even harder to get an appointment. They do not accept new patients and because I was seen by Dr. M in the past, they will not allow me to see one of the other providers. They are giving all of his patients to residents who see patients only on Wednesdays and not for another 5 months. Because I saw Dr. Matsumoto first, they won't allow me to see another actual doctor. I have had skin cancers removed so would like to see a doctor rather than a resident. It would be easier to accept this news if the schedulers were even a little kind about it. They are able to be rude to patients because their services are in demand. Thankfully there are other providers covered by my insurance.

I know this clinic is extremely busy, but the doctors have always been pretty nice and took care of my needs. Scheduling is hard, but so far the quality of care has been fine and everyone has tried their best to help me.I am not certain all of the negative reviews are a fair reprensation of the actual doctors vs scheduling or billing.

How do I do less that one star? Waited two years to get an appointment, calling weekly, WITH a referral from two doctors. Between the time of finally getting an appointment and the appointment date, the doctor I was supposed to see quit. I was not contacted and told that. Showed up and was pushed on to a resident. Was told to come back for follow up in six months, but they could not give me the appointment because "my doctor" WHO I NEVER SAW was no longer there. Called to schedule the follow up and was told the schedule is closed even though I finally got in their system after two years. So no way to get the actual appointment, period. They will not schedule. AT ALL. You know it's not like we live in a skin cancer hot spot or anything.

Dr. Matsumoto always goes way above and beyond to help my needs and makes sure I'm properly taken care of. 5 stars. Keep up the good work.
