I went to see Dr Levin today to have a skin cancer spot removed from my nose. Dr Levin is very friendly and efficient. He makes the procedure pain free. He said, if I feel anything to tell him. I did feel a couple pinches and he stopped and gave me more Lidocaine. He had to cut three times to make sure he got it all. I appreciate him being conservative and not cutting too much all at once, especially since it was on my face. His whole staff is friendly and helpful explaining everything. From the lovely girl at the front desk to his sweet assistants. I highly recommend this office. I felt comfortable with everyone and knew I was in good hands. Thank you, Dr Levin for everything. I appreciate you.🙏

My experience for treatment was professional and courteous, however; the office seems to overbook patients and the flow appeared to not be efficient. Patients were asking the receptionist when they would be seen and the volume of patients in and out was considerable as I spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room. I was there 2.5 hours total including time waiting for results of a biopsy. I would recommend this office as I would not want to rush accuracy or professionalism. But be warned your time is theirs.

The staff is very professional and friendly. Pooneh Newton is my provider and she is always friendly and informative. She always takes time to answer questions and makes me feel heard and seen.

Very competent, professional, and caring staff. My only complaint is that irritating, percussive music was played in the room where the surgery was performed. It was very irritating. Rather than having the effect of keeping me calm it raised my activation level.

Although Dr. Pooneh was not the one who gave me my melanoma diagnosis, she played a crucial role in performing the biopsies.
