Dr. Shilpa Reddy is a great dermatologist. I had several skin issues I wanted to ask her about, in addition to doing a full body cancer check. Dr. Reddy went through each issue with me, explaining her concerns as she progressed. She diagnosed squeamish cancer on one hand. After a biopsy result, she surgically removed the cancer and repaired the hand, all within 2 weeks of the biopsy. The wound did not hurt and healed very quickly. No scar after 2 months. Perfect.

Such poor patient care from Dr Shilpa Reddy. Her care was so worrisome that I want others to be careful. I have had melanoma and went to her as a new patient for a full body scan for cancer that I get done every six months. (My other dr moved out of state). She’s supposed to scan all skin over my body to check for skin cancer. She did not do this. Without checking my scalp which is impossible for me to see for myself she asked if I had any freckles of concern on my scalp. I said I don’t know I can’t see my scalp, that’s why I’m coming to you. She then barely checked the left half of my scalp and said most people have their hairstylists check their scalp for cancer (what?!) and that I should do that. Again, that’s what I was paying her to do that day. She did not check my full scalp. Then she’s supposed to check my legs. She had me lay on my back and she stood at the bottom of my feet and lifted one leg from the tips of my feet to check the back of my leg even though I was sitting on my legs and she called that good. There is no possible way she could see anything from that angle. Go to someone else for cancer care. Would not recommend Dr Shilpa Reddy

I've been a patient of Dr. Shilpa Reddy for many years, starting when she had her office near Montgomery and San Mateo. She is wonderful! I like that she is patient and thorough. I was recently notified that her office will no longer be accepting my medical insurance soon (BlueCross BlueShield - a terrible company, even by insurance standards, so who can blame them?) so I intend to switch insurance during the next open enrollment so that I can continue to see Dr. Shilpa Reddy.

Excellent practice. The facility is clean and bright. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. My husband and I have been patients since they opened.

Dr. Reddy is one of the worst dermatologists I've ever been to.
