Wow I had the BEST experience here! I was instantly greeted by the nice front desk receptionist when I walked in and did not wait long at all to be seen. Christina (whom I believe is an RN) was amazing! She was so kind and friendly. Dr. Fink was AWESOME!!! He was so professional, knowledgeable, honest and had great bedside manner! I recommend this place and I will be coming back!!!

I have had nothing but outstanding care from this office. Dr. Fink is an exceptional physician and is an expert in the dermatology field. His staff are very knowledgeable and ensure patients are well taken care of. Nurses Jacki, Christina, Giovanni, and Kayla are some of the best nurses I’ve encountered. Check in with Mary was thorough and with care, and check out with Stanze was a breeze. All friendly and truly there to provide exceptional service to patients. Always a pleasant visit!

I'm so glad I chose this clinic. Nurse Kayla was quite helpful and Dr. Matthew Fink was amazing! Both were kind and caring. Thoroughly discussed my concerns and treatment. I highly recommend!

My mother’s appointment was rescheduled due to a change in the provider’s schedule; however, she was never notified of the change prior to arriving for the appointment. As a result, we made the trip unnecessarily, and I had taken time off work specifically to accompany her. While I understand that schedule changes can happen in a medical setting, timely communication with patients is extremely important. In this case, there was no phone call, voicemail, or other notification attempt made, and I have call records confirming that no contact was received. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in patient communication and scheduling processes moving forward, as situations like this create unnecessary inconvenience for patients and their families.

Dr. Kristin Fink and nurse Felicia were very kind and helpful during my visit. They provided excellent care and helped set up a treatment plan. The ladies up front were also friendly and helpful while helping me set up a follow up. I was in and out in under an hour. I will gladly be returning to continue care ❤️
