I love Dr Shoofs! I've been seeing her for 12 years now and just love her. She always listens, asks if there's anything else to discuss and offers to write things down as a take-away. She's been GREAT advising on anti-aging and sensitive skin products as well as true consulting on services (like botox) that might fit my budget for anti-aging tools. I don't like that you can't message the staff as the patient portal just never pulls up staff so you can't use the messaging feature and there's a separate texting line that does work but it can be very confusing on how to message them.

The two medical assistants helping Dr. Cohen today perfectly explained the MOHS procedure to remove the tiny bit of skin cancer I had, as well as the reasons for the actions they were taking. Dr. Cohen is very pleasant and efficient - my first time meeting him since becoming a patient here several years ago. He kept up a bit of chatter while removing the offending spot on my forehead, and several times asked if I was doing alright. He wanted to be sure I had no pain during the procedure. The in-house lab confirmed after about 45 minutes that Dr. Cohen had obtained clean margins. I was stitched up and given specific wound care instructions for the next few days. I appreciate the friendly, yet professional, staff at KC Skin and Cancer Center in the Northland.

Several people had recommended Dr. Kimberly Schoofs to me and she has absolutely amazing results with her procedures. The staff is super supportive and takes time to explain procedures and answer all questions. I have been a patient at KC skin and cancer for about 15 yrs but have only seen Dr. Schoofs for about 1.5 yrs and she is truly excellent at what she does. Highly recommend.

From checkin to checkout, this clinic is courteous, efficient, and professional! I have never had to wait more than ten minutes in the waiting room or the exam room. Dr. Xie is competent and thorough. My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Xie for at least five years!

Recommend! Nice group of doctors, knowledgeable, organized, answered questions, solved the issue for the patient. The 4 star review is because they use an AI phone system, and sometimes it seems like things are explained a little too quickly when being seen.
