As a new patient, I had a great experience with Dr. Jeffery Graves and his staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Graves was very easy to talk to and took the time to explain my skin issue in detail, as well as what I need to do to help improve it. I felt listened to and well cared for throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Graves and his team

Dr. Michael Haag is a wonderful doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. When I got poison ivy, he saw me the very next day. Because of his prompt treatment and excellent care, I healed remarkably within just a few days. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication. Thank you so much, Dr. Haag!

I was really nervous about having a procedure done. Dr. Griffith and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing Skin Cancer removal. Dr. Griffith has a great bedside manner and he explains everything in detail.

After a poor experience several years ago where Angela Bosch scarred my teen son's back with a mole removal (and yes I know there will be a scar, but the second doctor who had to repair even said it wasn't done well), I decided to book my husband for an appointment with Jay Gray. It was a month out and he was looking forward to going today. At 7am, received a text that all appointments were cancelled for the day. He called immediately at 8am only to find out that he now has to wait another month to get in. What an absolutely terrible experience and the lack of any service from the office staff will prevent us from ever recommending or returning to this practice. There are much better facilities out there who will treat their customers far better than what we've experienced now on multiple occasions.
