I had a poor experience at another location with KMC regarding a bill for my son. I was dismissed by the clinic manager there so called KCK to see if anyone could help me. The front desk girl Hailey and Andrea were very nice and asked if their manager could speak to me. Her name was Ashley and she took the time to explain the bill and why we owed. She did not treat me like I should know but went through each line so I could understand. More places should be managed like this and we will be going to KCK for my son.

I had to have a carcinoma removed from my forehead recently. The procedure was done by Dr. Albahhar who made me feel calm and comfortable before and during the procedure. The staff, Debra, Marci, Hailey and Molly were all friendly and professional. The entire team made the experience as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. Heather Howell, the PA that initially saw me is very sweet and professional as well. I appreciate all of them providing me great care and being compassionate and fun in the process.

Aza does such a wonderful job with the hydrafacial. My skin has never looked better! And she has created a cozy, relaxing environment - definitely recommend!

Sarmila and Heather Howell are the best team ever, are friendly, and helps me relax and keeps my mind off the shots and makes me happy to see them! Would recommend to anyone!

My Doctor Sara is always very pleasant. Tara made me feel very comfortable and may have even restored my faith in humanity a bit. Thank you to all of the staff, I greatly appreciate you all.
