My first visit with Dr. Sarah was great. While I did experience some communication challenges afterward, I want to recognize that once I brought it to their attention, Lynnette and Dr. Sarah worked tirelessly to address my concerns. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and care they showed in making things right. It’s clear they are committed to their patients and to improving the overall experience. Thank you again to both of them for their effort and professionalism.

My fiancé HAD terrible eczema and i found this place while doing research for myself. His doctor Sarah and her team are amazing! Dr. Sarah is very understanding, she educates us on what’s going on with his skin and what the next steps for us to take are. Her second in command, Lynnette fought tooth and nail with the insurance company and his job’s benefits department to get his medication covered. They never gave up on him, even when it took months. At some point we had lost a little faith, but that team made sure we knew they weren’t going to stop and were going to try every option available to them. Now my fiancé has gone back to work without wanting to rip his skin off and can finally sleep at night. Truly, we are grateful for Dr. Sarah and her team and we thank God everyday for blessing us with an amazing team that cared for our wellbeing. Thank you so much Dr. Sarah and your amazing team! We also want to thank the front desk staff for being so welcoming and always having candy on their desk!

Sarah Myers and her MA Lynette are wonderful! Very attentive and helpful. Great experience every time I go. Quick and helpful response from Lynette when I call. Highly recommend.

Booked somewhere else because the AI booking experience was so bad. The AI could not schedule properly at all! I just want to talk to a human who can actually help me. Example: ai suggested a June 17th appointment. I asked if they had anything sooner, and the suggestion was to book on July 23rd (obviously well after June 17th) and also the suggestion was for a completely different location. Really frustrating
