Office personnel were very courteous. Checkout went smoothly until I made a mistake on my next appointment date and the change was handled quickly to my liking. Dr. Chain covered my Annual checkup thourouly and asked me questions as well as answering my questions fully. I would highly recommend Dr. Chain and her practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Rebecca Chain. She is a wonderful listener who truly takes the time to understand her patients. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled at what she does, which makes every treatment feel worthwhile and reassuring. Her nurse is also outstanding — professional, attentive, and thorough. She takes the time to ask thoughtful, informed questions based on previous visits and carefully documents everything to ensure accuracy and continuity of care. The entire staff is amazing as well. From check-in to check-out, the front desk team is friendly, efficient, and professional, making each visit smooth and pleasant.

Dermatology Consultants Midwest was able to see me soon after I called to schedule an appointment. They sent me a link to complete paperwork before hand which made the check in process quick. Dr. Badge was kind and professional. She took my concerns seriously and provided appropriate care of them. Overall my experience was great!

Office staff were helpful and very attentive. I was ushered into an exam room almost immediately after arrival! Dr. Chain was as charming as she is knowledgeable! This was my first visit with Dr. Rachel Chain. I was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment, checking in, and discussion and exam during this first appointment. Dr Chain was personable, thorough, and professional.
