This was my first visit here. The scheduling process was easy and appointment times were convenient.I was very impressed with my care. I saw Alicia H. She explained everything that I had with great knowledge along with kindness. Her nurse, Valerie was great too. Very kind and informative. When I checked out and made a follow up appointment, the girl at the desk was very sweet. I did not get her name unfortunately. The only thing I could say as far as improvement, the front desk girl could have been a little friendlier with the patients checking in, but she was professional and not rude.

Always a great experience. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Meyer is fantastic. She diagnosed a skin condition I'd been fighting for several months in minutes and got it corrected within a week. Monique is wonderful. Very accommodating and makes you feel very comfortable and details out every part of the procedure before and during a treatment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! As a new patient on Medicare, i I was able to get an appointment within 45 minutes of my call. That’s amazing! Their staff was personable and explained all steps including diagnosis and treatment. My prescription was filled at their office for an added convenience. I am impressed!

My son has been a patient there since he was a young baby. He just turned 10 in January. The doctors are great. However, I do have one qualm with this place. Back in September, my son was sick with the flu only I didn’t know he actually had the flu until 2 days after his missed appointment when we went to see his pediatrician. Admittedly, due to my son having horrible diarrhea, throwing up, etc. I forgot to call to cancel. However, I presented a doctor’s note to which I was still told I had to pay a $35 no-show fee. The staff showed NO empathy towards situation and I know it could have been waived. Working as a hospitality professional as an Assistant Director of Finance, I’ve refunded many times no-show fees as a courtesy for situations where I could’ve said no. However, sometimes in refunding a simple no-show fee builds a loyal customer and also doesn’t lead to negative reviews such as this one.

Just a lil' update: In 2012, when my son was just 2 months old, Dr. Poole recommended starting laser treatment on his port wine stain early—explaining that younger skin is thinner and often responds best. Even with that knowledge, the decision wasn’t easy. I heard comments like, “Why would you laser a sweet baby’s face?” and I questioned myself more times than I can count. I didn’t know what the future would hold. Would it get darker or thicker? Would it grow? Would it bleed? Would kids tease him? And the hardest question of all—was this my decision to make, or should I wait and let him decide later? Dr. Poole’s experience, honesty, and precision made all the difference. He knew exactly how to adjust the laser strength, increasing it carefully at his discretion every 3–6 weeks for about a year. Treatments were fast—just a couple of minutes—and my son handled them incredibly well. By the time I scheduled his next appointment, we made it to the car and he finished his bottle, he’d fall asleep for the long drive home. His face never seemed to bother him in the days afterward. Today, at 13, his PWS is still barely noticeable & everything is as Dr. Poole predicted. He had prepared us from the beginning that a few small vessels might reappear in his teenage years—and that's when I knew any future treatment would be my son’s choice. What I didn’t expect was this: My son now thanks me for making that decision. He sees how kids can be, and he believes early treatment gave him confidence he may not have had otherwise. He’s told me he’s grateful we didn’t wait—and that means more to me than any statistic or photo ever could. Because of Dr. Poole and his amazing team, my son is now a confident, 13-year-old football player, thriving in ways I once worried about. Happy Holidays to Sanova Dermatology- I couldnt be more grateful for ya'll! 🎄❤️
