My skin was really struggling after a treatment at a prior med spa, and I’m so grateful for Dr. Payne. She was able to calm everything down and get my skin back on the right track. She also did a low-downtime peel that really helped speed up improvement in my hyperpigmentation. What I appreciate most is that she truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and tailor treatments specifically to you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Her knowledge and wonderful bedside manner make you feel completely comfortable and confident in the plan. I now trust her completely with my skin and will only take advice from her moving forward.

Highly recommend. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but had to for this one. I’ve been looking for a dermatologist who actually listens and takes my concerns seriously and feel like I finally found that here. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable, not rushed and like my concerns actually mattered. Every question I had was answered, and nothing felt brushed off or overlooked. Honestly, what really stood out is how thorough and attentive Dr. Payne was. She’s amazing, literally — like seriously. She didn’t just give quick, surface-level answers, rather she took the time to explain things, talk through options, and make sure I felt good about the plan moving forward. Left my appointment feeling heard, reassured, and honestly just relieved to have found someone I trust with my skin. Will definitely be sticking with her for future visits and follow-ups, and already started recommending her to friends and family. If you’ve been searching for a dermatologist who truly prioritizes you and your concerns, Dr. Payne is the one — and no, this is NOT a paid review. :)

Dr. Payne and her staff are absolutely divine! My appointment was amazingly efficient from start to finish and she addressed all of my concerns. The ambiance of the environment is so welcoming and relaxing! I’m so glad I chose her as my dermatologist!

Dr. Payne is, hands down, the best dermatologist and one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen. She is exceptional, very caring, and I am incredibly happy with the results of my procedures. Her office staff are also wonderful and make every visit very pleasant. Highly recommend

Dr. Payne was absolutely amazing, and her entire staff is incredible. I came in on fairly short notice, and I was seen early for my appointment. Dr. Payne is also not going to recommend unnecessary procedures or something that will make you look bad. Highly, highly recommended.
