I was a new patient here yesterday, and this practice is exactly what I am looking for. All staff are friendly and professional. My wait time was great--about 10 minutes after arriving I went in--and Dr. Ibler spent plenty of time listening to my concerns and responding. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and calm, so I felt fully confident after my appointment.

After struggling with severe skin issues for months, including visits to urgent care and even the hospital, I finally found real answers with Erin Ibler, MD at Pinnacle Dermatology. One visit changed everything. Dr. Ibler was thorough, knowledgeable, and truly listened to me. She diagnosed and treated my condition properly, and I finally felt relief, something I hadn’t felt in months. Not only did she help heal my skin, but she made me feel better inside and out. When you’ve been suffering and feel frustrated or scared, having a doctor who genuinely cares makes all the difference. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with skin issues.

Booked an appointment here for the first time today for an annual skin examine. The assistant was really nice and thorough although my doctor, Dr. Talia Gordon made me feel as though it was super rushed - with my actual appointment lasting 5 mins. I spent more time waiting for my appointment than I spent in the actual examine. Will be looking elsewhere for future skin examinations

Let me first start by saying being my first time at this facility the atmosphere was cute. The front office was nice. The examination room was nice. With all that being said I get back to the examination room thinking that I was going to see a specific doctor that I made an appointment with through my PC physician. An in comes this person who says her name and I did not recognize the name that I make the appointment with and I asked her are you Dr. so-and-so she said no I’m the nurse practitioner. So I said well I was in the mindset that I was going to meet a specific doctor and that’s who I would like to meet. She automatically had a nasty attitude and said who did you make the appointment with and I told her with Dr so-and-so not her, she the PA said well who was you on the phone with? I said I spoke to one of the assistance out there at the front desk and they made the appointment with you. I specifically said Dr. So-and-so name when I booked my appointment her bedside manner was nasty and she rudely then said well you can make an appointment with the doctor that you wanted to make an appointment with. Now, if you’re going to become a doctor, I think you need better bedside manner and a better way to speak to new patients whether I was a new patient or not I don’t think you should speak to patients that way at all.

This was my first visit here and I was asked by all of their reminders to come in 15 minutes before my appointment time, so I made sure to do that. The front staff was great at check in and gave me a tablet to check in/put in my medical history/concerns. The Assistant brought me back to a room about 5 minutes past my appointment start time and reviewed/verified all of the info I put into the tablet, then asked me to change into a paper gown for my full body skin check. I then waited 20+ minutes for the Doctor to come in for the exam. Dr. Ibler was warm, professional, and thorough. I’m giving 4 stars because of the wait/lack of communication about the wait. It would’ve been different if someone checked on me/gave me a heads up that they were running behind, but they didn’t. Parking is a bit difficult for this location - I recommend adding 5-10 minutes to your arrival time to find a decent spot.
