Very grateful to the entire team at the doctor’s office. From clearly explaining the medication to sincerely monitoring my progress, the care I received was excellent. My hair fall started improving within just a month of treatment. Thank you all!

I had extremely high expectations given the amount of praise I received from my stylist who recommended Dr. Kaminska. My first visit, which was scheduled quickly, did not meet my expectations. I didn’t see Dr. Kaminska. I don’t have a problem with that. However, I left with options as opposed to treatment. I know first hand what exceptional care involves, having been a patient of one of the best doctors in Atlanta. I had hoped I would have a similar experience. Here’s how I rate it: Appointment Scheduling - 10 Evaluation - 5 Options - 5 Follow though post visit - 1 I ended up leaving with apricey supplement and a request for my Atlanta dermatologist to fax over biopsy results from 2017. The first treatment option involved side effects that would exacerbate a condition that was in my chart (migraines). Only after I looked at the risks of as it removed. Additionally I was told I would be given the fax number and what I should buy at the front desk. Neither of those was available and the assistant had already joined a telehealth visit, so I had to wait. When I finally received the emails for what I should purchase, one was for a supplement I already had (and discussed with the nurse and the PA) and the other was for something specifically for men. My chart reflects that I am a female and identify as a female. I don’t know if the product for men I suitable for a woman…it could be. I’ll return for my follow up visit in a month, but I’m mentally preparing to resume my appointments with my dermatologist in Atlanta. I hope someone in the office acknowledges and addresses my review with the hopes for a better follow up visit and improvement for others who may receive a similar experience. Also, I verbally provided this feedback about the lack of follow through.

The office was very quiet and welcoming. The receptionist was really nice. I was greeted by her assistant Charlie. He’s very nice very engaging. Helped me relax. Met Dr. Kaminska. Beautiful spirit. Encouraging, kind and she has a beautiful smile. Provided information I needed. Really knowledgeable. I love that my reason for coming into the office was something that she’d experienced. Makes me trust her more. I would recommend anyone who requires the services of a dermatologist to visit her office. Thank you.

The staff and Dr. Kaminska were awesome…. Extremely nice, answered all my questions and they even are available for questions afterward that I can call back.. excellent experience!!
