I had a pleasant experience at the Derm Institute of Chicago. The staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor was thorough and reassuring throughout the visit. I especially want to recognize the nurse, Peyton,who was absolutely delightful and made the experience feel personal. The front desk team was just as welcoming and efficient. I left feeling confident in my care and would gladly recommend this practice to others.

Love coming here. They see me on time and staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Kollman always comes into the room inform of my history and listens to all my concerns and answers every question I have. She is very knowledgeable and honest on how to treat my rosacea.

Lovely office. Wonderful staff. Preparing for a Mohs surgery and will update this review after my appointment. I feel like I am in great hands. I had my Mohs surgery last week and Dr. Kim was outstanding. It was tricky because the surgery was on my lip, but the healing is coming along well. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff!

Always an amazing experience with Dr Jordan Carqueville. She is incredibly attentive, detailed and her treatments are perfection. I am constantly complimented on my skin and mis aged in a GREAT way. I’ve also been seeing her for 7+ years. I won’t trust my skin to anyone else!

The Derm Institute is Awesome! I have been going annually for a full body screening. I have seen two different doctors now for the annual screenings and I liked both of them. The office staff and nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. The doctor froze some spots on my face with liquid Nitrogen. This year I had a suspicious mole so she scraped some off with a scalpel under local anaesthesia and sent it to a pathologist. It came back very very atypical and was diagnosed as skin cancer. It only took a week for the results and they got me in the next week to have it excised and flesh around it removed to make sure the margins are gone. The surgeon was very skilled and pleasant. She put the dissolvable stitches below the skin so there would be less scarring. They gave me good aftercare instructions. The first day I took two doses of Tylenol and the second day one dose but I have not needed anymore since then. Now it only hurts a tiny bit. I highly recommend the Derm Institute. My husband is going to make an appointment too.
