Absolutely obsessed with Dr Kalimullah. He is excellent from start to finish with consults, treatment routines, injectables, lasers and everything I’ve asked for in preparing me for my wedding. I have nothing but the best things to say about this practice. The attention to detail and kindness is unmatched. You are not a number here. They customize everything to your needs and desires. And the results? Phenomenal. Thank you CDAM!!

My experience with this provider and their team was deeply disappointing and fell well below expectations for professionalism. I initially reached out a month ago to inquire about a consultation, clearly outlining my needs and the purpose of my visit. I even offered to provide supporting documentation, but was assured it would not be necessary. At the time, I was unable to schedule due to needing prior approval. When I later called to proceed with booking, I referenced the information I had previously been given, that the consultation fee would be applied toward any subsequent services. At that point, I was told this was incorrect and that they would be unable to accommodate my request. I subsequently spoke with both the physician and the office manager. Unfortunately, neither demonstrated attentive listening or a clear understanding of my inquiry. The conversation was repeatedly redirected toward Botox and filler consultations, which were entirely unrelated to my original request. What was most concerning was not only the difficulty in obtaining accurate information, but the complete lack of accountability for the misinformation I had received. The overall experience reflected a concerning level of disorganization and poor communication. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident recommending this provider to others seeking clear, professional, and client-focused care.

I can't stay enough good things about this practice and the staff! Everyone is so kind, and has great communication with the client and with each other. They really listen to your concerns and goals and tailor care plans to that; rather than just looking at your photos and deciding on a plan before speaking with you. They always explain each recommendation, risks/considerations, and what to expect after. I originally had a consult for hormonal cystic acne & post acne scarring, and the treatments worked so well. Once that was cleared, I had a consult for under eye filler. The difference is incredible, but looks so natural. I also had an old scar that didn't respond to initial treatments as we hoped; they then referred me to a plastic surgeon. That experience went smooth as well. So glad I found this place and was able to gain my confidence back!

I had a very disappointing experience with the billing practices at Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics. Despite having active insurance at the time of my visit, an alleged balance of $16.31 was referred to collections without proper notice. Escalating a matter of this size to collections, particularly without confirming accurate billing and insurance handling, is deeply concerning. When I received the collections notice, it listed an incorrect address, which raises serious concerns about the accuracy and diligence of their billing process and whether any prior notices were properly issued at all. I contacted the practice directly to dispute the charge, request proper documentation, and ask that the account be recalled from collections, but received no response. For a medical provider, this lack of accountability and failure to address clear administrative errors is unacceptable. Patients should be cautious and closely review billing and insurance handling.

I've been to a lot of dermatologists in Chicago and let me tell you, Dr. Cavanaugh is amazing. I recently got my filler and botox done here and I have a serious phobia of needles. He and Christina made the entire experience so pleasant - I can already tell the results are AMAZING. I've also gotten ExcelV Laser done with Jennifer - I can't wait to start seeing results from that as well. I will 100% continue to come back for all my dermatology and aesthetic needs. If you need a kind, knowledgeable dermatologist that actually takes the time to understand your concerns, he is your guy. I'm so happy and can't wait to continue to work with him in the future!
