What a GoRgEoUs Location! The new office has a lovely view of the water. Aaah Miami. The facility has easy parking and is very accessible. The aesthetic is clean, bright and spacious. The staff is attentive and helpful. All this is really great, But that's not why we head to Dr Jill--we come for her expertise & top notch REAL care. Dr Jill came highly recommended from a great friend, And she did not disappoint! Her Friendly and charming nature only add to her competent knowledge and ability to connect with the patients. She gets right down to the business of skin health! Dr Jill took care of all my needs right on the spot and educated me on how to stay healthy and well. I left Waaaaay better than I came and I feel confident that I am in good hands going forward. I'm definitely sending the hubby to her next! If you are lucky enough to score an appointment DO IT! Thank me later;)

Dr. Jill Waibel is one of the most compassionate and thoughtful physicians I have ever met. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt genuinely cared for, listened to, and respected. She approaches her patients with such kindness, consideration, and empathy — qualities that are becoming increasingly rare in healthcare. What impressed me most was her ability to finally recognize and diagnose a condition that I had been silently suffering with for most of my life. I had seen many doctors before her, and despite years of appointments and frustration, no one had been able to connect the dots. Dr. Waibel not only identified the issue, but she also made me feel validated and hopeful for the first time in a very long time. She takes the time to truly listen, explain things carefully, and ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise is exceptional, but it is her compassion and humanity that truly set her apart. I am beyond grateful to have found her and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a physician who genuinely cares.

The Miami dermatology service is very competent and concerned for the heath and healing of patients. Dr. Waibel is very cordial and caring. I find it difficult to find a discrptive adjective good enough to describe this wonderful lady doctor. She truly defines what good medicine should be. I hope she remains in practice for many more years. The clinic staff is also very caring and competent and work closely with all the doctors there.I would recommend this doctor,the clinic and staff with no Reservation's.

Dr. Jill Waibel is an excellent physician. I had a facial laser treatment with her today, and every step of the process was clearly explained and went smoothly. Dr. Waibel’s knowledge is truly unmatched. Her medical assistants, Biana and Stephanie, are amazing 👏—both incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. My experience at Miami Dermatology and Laser Institute was wonderful, from check-in until dismissal. The facility is outstanding and I was seated/treated in a timely manner. The staff were all professional, friendly and patient-centered. My technician was knowledgeable, thoroughly walked me through the process, and made recommendations based on my skin type. I appreciated the fact that she spoke to the doctor, and was able to get me in for same day laser treatment, even though I only came in for a consultation. Dr. Waibel was phenomenal. In addition to treating my original issue, she addressed and treated my acne scars. I am very impressed with, and highly recommend this institute.
